Young cadets preparing to raise the flag in tribute to the men and women who died while serving in the United States armed forces.
I’ve been attending this Memorial Day observance held at the Chino Community Center in Chino CA. for the last five years now, and it never fails to be one of the most moving events of the year.
So for those who served and are still serving, I want to take this time and say “Thank You”.
“Although no sculptured marble should rise to their memory, nor engraved stone bear record of their deeds, yet will their remembrance be as lasting as the land they honored.”
