It’s A New Year

American Heart Association 2016 Rose Parade Float

American Heart Association 2016 Rose Parade Float

I covered the Pasadena Rose Parade on January 1, and I must admit that the American Heart Association float really spoke to me! Mainly because of my doctor who told me the day before “You know the older you get the more you need to practice a Heart Healthy Lifestyle”.
I guess I was supposed to thank him for reminding me that I’m getting older. (And No..I’m not giving up Ice Cream)

But I realize it is a very serious statement and I need to do a better job of taking care of myself both physically and mentally. So with that said, I will make it my top New Years Resolution!

Quote’s that Motivate me

“For last year’s words belong to last year’s language and next year’s word’s await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning.”.
~ T.S. Eliot

I know it’s been a while since my last post, but I will feel you in on the reasons why in the up coming weeks, but it’s good to be back!

Happy New Year!
