Learn to get in touch with Silence

Enjoy Life!

I’ve learned that sometimes it’s good to take a walk by yourself and  reflect on the things that really make you happy in life!
Quote of the Day:
“Learn to get in touch with silence within yourself, and know that everything in this life has purpose. There are no mistakes, no coincidences, all events are blessings given to us to learn from.”
— Elizabeth Kubler-Ross

Very true. I use to talk while I was on my evening walk but now I realise that it’s better to listen to tiny voices inside your brain, inside your heart rather then being on phone all the times. It works. Thanks for such a beautiful quote.

  4. Life was so simple before cell phones!
