I took this photo a few years back while the GrandKid and I were hanging out at the park.
I love the expression of joy on his face, and it made me realize that we all need to take some time out of our busy live’s to have a little fun.
“We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.”
~ Frederick Keonig
It just dawned on me that my Grandkid is going back to school and entering the third grade on Monday, how the time flew by. So I’m dedicating this post to him and sharing some of pictures from his 2013 Kindergarten Graduation.
“We worry about what a child will become tomorrow, yet we forget that he is someone today.”
“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.”
“While we try to teach our children all about life,
Our children teach us what life is all about.”
A special note to Parents and care givers of any kind, I leave you with this quote:
“If you haven’t time to respond to a tug at your pants leg, your schedule is too crowded. “
Also enjoy these years with your children, because before you know it they will be graduating High School!
