Summer Twins Band

People and Art I saw at the Pomona Art Walk
I heard this group performing in the distance so I made my way to the front of the crowd and took a few pictures.
Here’s a little history about the group:

Hometown: Riverside, CA
Genres: Rock / Indie / Dreampop
Members: Chelsea Brown, Justine Brown, Marcio Rivera, Danny Delgado
Summer Twins are sisters Chelsea and Justine Brown. Based in Riverside, Ca, USA. The two write dreampop and rock ‘n roll songs with a fresh take on inspiration from past genres of the ‘50s and ‘60s. In their early teens, Chelsea picked up the guitar, while Justine taught herself to play drums, and the sisters have been playing together in different groups ever since. They formed Summer Twins in 2008, with a focus on singing pop melodies in harmony, while playing their respective instruments. Summer Twins currently play live around Orange County and Los Angeles with an additional guitarist and bassist. Their first EP, “The Good Things” was self-released in the summer of 2010 and is now available for free download online.
