This is a nice museum to visit if you happen to visit Riverside. Although it may be small it’s well put together.

I also thought this was Spanish Revival style building.
However I was quickly corrected by a museum staff member and was told
that it was a former US Post Office and it’s a Renaissance Revival-style structure, built in 1912-14.
I got the impression that they were tired of being compared to the Mission Inn down the street! So I apologized and continued the rest of my tour in silence!
This museum really looks beautiful and I love the Spanish influence in this architecture. Wonderful post.
